Youth & Adult Arts/Craft/Information Vendor Applications available for 2026 tourism events

Ohio County Tourism, Inc. is announcing a call for arts/craft/information vendors for the Critter Cinema on Friday, August 28 at the Visitors Center; the Motor Meet Up Cruise-in on September 25 on Poplar Street in downtown Rising Sun; and the Merry Little Christmas Celebration at the Visitors Center on December 12. Vendors accepted while space allows. The Visitors Center is located at 217 N. High Street in Rising Sun.

All spaces are outdoors, and FREE on a first-come, first-served basis. No electric or water is provided. Vendors should bring their own tables/chairs/tents. Wi-fi is available at the Visitors Center at no charge.

Vendor Entry Forms now available for 2027 Rising Sun Summer Fest-Arts & Crafts/Limited Food Trucks

Ohio County Tourism is announcing a call for vendors for the 2027 Rising Sun Summer Fest on Saturday, June 5, 2027, from 4-10:00pm. Arts/craft/information vendors along with food trucks are being sought.

There is a $25 free for a one-space booth (approx. 10’x10′) for arts/crafts/info vendors and $100 per spot for food trucks. Cash or check only, written to Ohio County Tourism, Inc. No electric is available. Food trucks must operate by generator only. All food vendors should contact kendal@enjoyrisingsun.com to check for duplications and must be pre-qualified by the Ohio County Health Department before being accepted into the event.

All spaces are first-paid w/info submitted, first-served. All food trucks must hold a ServSafe Certification and be cleared by the Ohio County Health Department before allowing to participate. A Certificate of Insured with Ohio County Tourism, Inc. listed as an added insured must be submitted to the tourism office before the event.

Ohio County Health Department contact information is available on the application. A separate Health Department serving permit is also required, which is NOT included in the $100 application fee. Applicants that are not approved by the Health Department will be unable to participate.
