The core offerings include a full breakfast menu, along with special recipe goetta, and a selection of sandwiches and salads.  Everything from burgers and fries to homemade Cincinnati-style chili.  Delicious fried chicken is served on Sunday, beginning at 12:00pm.  The dinner menu is an ever-changing variety of specialities.  Some examples are meat loaf, lasagna, pot roast, pork chops, and sweet bourbon salmon.  There is also a variety of seasonal soups and desserts.  Everything is made on-site and using local ingredients when available.
